The COVID-19 Job Hazard Analysis Form

 

This form is to be used to help walk through jobs and tasks and assess the hazards and hazard mitigations that will help to effectively lower the risk of exposure to COVID-19. 

If this is your first time conducting a JHA, we do recommend booking a consultation with one of our safety professionals to help walk you through the process for the first time. 

If you have completed JHA's before, this form will be easy to use.
